What We Stand For

AHA provides

housing that is different than that provided others and do not subject a person to segregation or disparate treatment.

AHA does not discriminate

because of race, color, sex, religion, familial status disability, or national origin in the leasing, rental, or other disposition of housing-related facilities, including land, included in any development under its jurisdiction. We will not deny any family the opportunity to apply for housing, nor deny any eligible applicant the opportunity to lease housing suitable to its needs. AHA will not restrict a person’s access to any benefit enjoyed by others in connection with any program operated by the Housing Authority.
